How to contact the support

Only designated members of the customer team are allowed to raise a ticket. Check with your Sales representative or your customer service manager to get the list.

There are 2 ways to contact the support team and raise a ticket

  • Send an email to support at indexima.com
  • Fill a form by clicking on "Contact Support"

Main required information

  • Title
  • Description
    • The description will contain screenshots, SQL queries that show the situation on the client-side
    • When possible, the description will contain the steps that enable the team to reproduce the case
  • Attachment
    • A diagnosis
