Configuration Changes

There are 2 ways to change the configuration of an indexima cluster:

• change the parameters in the galactica.conf file

Those changes will be applied after a restart of the cluster.

• Apply a SET_ command to dynamically change some configuration parmeters. Parameters that can be changed are listed in the "dynamic" column of the galactica.conf page.

Those changes are not persistent. After a restart of the cluster, those changes won't be kept. Only parameters defined in the galactica.conf file will be applied
